A "Red Housebook" in the context of Thailand refers to an Alien Book (or Red Book), which is a residency document for foreigners holding permanent residency that serves as the "housebook" equivalent for aliens. This document allows long-term residents in Thailand to officially register their address, similar to the Yellow Housebook or Tabien Baan for foreigners who meet specific residency criteria, and is applied for at the local police station after receiving a residence certificate.
